welcome to boulder healing arts!

Welcome to my integrative healing practice! For over ten years I have been an avid student of holistic healing arts and have sought out ancient and modern practices of creating balance within our body, mind, and energy, as well as balance in our relationship to the world around us.

The journey began through experimentation of cultivating energy, which brought about the idea that the body is capable of conducting and harnessing more energy than we allow ourselves to experience in our daily lives. I asked myself, "What am I doing now that is getting in the way of experiencing greater health, well-being, and energy in my life?" Exercise, diet, meditation, internal martial arts, herbal medicine, massage therapy, CranioSacral therapy, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, organic farming, and permaculture, all became areas of curiosity. Many of these practices are based on supporting the relationship between our internal and external world.

When we align to create more balance within ourselves it is reflected in the external world. When we make choices that improve our health and well-being, we are also making choices to improve the balance in the world around us. When we acknowledge our relationship and responsibility to creating this harmony, our human experience can be rich, expansive, creative, and nourishing.

The moments of imbalance great or small, internal and external are gifts. They are opportunities to reclaim and strengthen our body, mind, and spirit. The more I experiment with the process of cultivating harmony, the more I am able to offer to others. As a result, I have decided to share my experiences and experiences others have shared with me on their path. It may take the form of a meditation, exercises, recipes, a home remedy, yoga, stories, photos, or any other act of expression.

In my private practice, I bring my enthusiasm and curiosity for the body's endless pursuit in striving for balance, and apply my knowledge and experience to improving that balance for greater health, well-being, and energy. I am a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral practitioner, energy healer, and perpetual student. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to awaken to the inherent wisdom their body's contain, and act as the facilitator and guide for their own healing process.

Enjoy!
